Profe en Español was founded by Leidy Esperanza, a professional with over 15 years of experience in teaching and consulting. With a background in Communication and expertise in strategic planning and social projects, Leidy Esperanza has combined her academic career with her passion for teaching to create a unique learning space for Spanish learners around the world.
Throughout her career, she has taught subjects such as academic writing, oral and written communication, Spanish grammar, and project design at the university level, while also working in consulting and online education. This diverse experience has shaped her teaching approach: practical, adaptable, and focused on real communication results.
Having lived in Colombia, Ecuador, and Argentina, Leidy Esperanza brings a unique perspective to her lessons. She introduces students to the richness of Latin American Spanish—its cultures, accents, and authentic expressions—so they can learn the language as it is truly spoken.
